 Your life coach is your championer - not unlike an athlete who at any level

they have a coach to encourage, recommend, and refer - A Life Coach is much the

same... But in different nuanced areas of life...in my case, areas such as beauty

and integrative health.

Yes, you do, we all do.  A life coach is often confused with a

counselor. These modalities (if you will) are very different. A

counselor is much more specialized and often delves longer

and deeper into long-standing issues. A life coach is generally

called upon to help sort you! Sort your life...We all need a little

sorting... Because life gets complicated and needs sorting out!

Well like everything in life - there are styles and different ways of delivering

the same thing. Similarly, I find that we all want to be understood so

choosing a life coach is not unlike choosing any other practitioner you may

have from your doctor to your personal trainer. My valued clients choose

me as I am relatable. I have not only traversed (and continue to work out)

the same things you do; I have studied them.

I do like that description! Well, who wouldn't want to age youthfully?

And we are either getting older or... Anyway, It absolutely can be done.

I have a knack to take the complicated and make it simple and make it

easy and I do that in areas where I have found you (our valued

listeners) to be interested in learning more about as we all age.

as an integrative health consultant... You have asked... "Genevieve...how

do I look good as I age because your skin looks oh so good" (and no

it's not just because of melanin!) I work at it!

Because what’s the point of looking good and not feeling good? Again I

can answer with Wisdom...because I am not only doing it but I have

and continue to study it...AGEing and looking and feeling YOUthful!

I have been a fashion model since 13...on and off...OK, I am likely the 99% of models

who are not a supermodel... But model nonetheless. Because of that experience, I

have had a certain indoctrination, shall we say, of beauty (Well it started younger

and not so great - but that is for another podcast). So back to beauty... I can tell you

the story ...do you think our valued listeners would like to hear?...I was walking down

the street and this amazing blonde bombshell came bounding out of her high-end

clothing store and said something like “you are stunning you should model” I had no

idea what that was as I was freshly in Canada from Jamaica but she was amazing so I

said ooakaeah... In my thick Jamaican Patois twang....
