Beauty from the outside in

Beauty from the outside in means~ Beauty from the outside in is paramount as that is our experience of one another - we see each other first and all our nature vs. nurture as to what we define as beauty in an instant jumps into action. 

To make things fun in this course we add the gift of AGEing- so with my background as a fashion model, I have dug down to the foundations of beauty which is SKIN - on your face. We start there and start in general terms with the basics of skin beauty. 

• Then we go deeper into  “integrative health” as your skin is a combination of what you put on and what you put in your body “nutrition and nutraceuticals.” 
• So choose to follow along so we can enjoy our YOUthful AGEing voyage - at any age!

Yes - Your experience and your reality of the ageing process is foundational to this part of the  definition of YOUthful AGEing. You have asked “how do I have such great skin” - well, it is more than melanin. It is also what I put on and put in nutritionally, specifically in nutraceuticals.
